Plum Market West Bloomfield “Gang of 6” Pop Up Dinner in the Lounge to Benefit Forgotten Harvest

Who: Detroit Chefs Randy Weed and Norman Valenti, who previously worked with local favorite Michael Symon’s ROAST, 2015 and 2016 James Beard semi-finalist; Partner & Executive Chef Andy Hollyday of Selden Standard; Chef Brad Ball of Michael Symon Group; Chef Matt Pietsch from Salt of the Earth; and 2011 award winning, Wine Spectator’s “World’s Best,” Master Sommelier Madeline Triffon; will all be onsite for questions and interviews.

What: Plum Market presents Gang of Six, a pop up dinner featuring five of region’s most talented Chefs and one Master Sommelier, each preparing a one-of-a-kind recipe for a six-course dinner, complete with a cocktail reception and thoughtfully-selected wine pairings.
