7th Annual Fall Bicycle Tour Planned for Saturday, September 15 Between Lakeshore Communities of South Haven-Fennville-Saugatuck

(FENNVILLE, Mich)—Lakeshore Harvest Country and Friends of the Blue Star Trail are gearing up for the 7th Annual Bicycle Tour on Saturday, September  15. This countryside bicycle ride takes participants not only along the rolling backroads of Van Buren and Allegan Counties, but also encourages stops at the fruit farms, wineries, cideries,  artist studios and other member sites in the towns of South Haven, Fennville, Douglas and Saugatuck.

Four routes ranging in length from 15 to 62 miles are available to accommodate riders of varying abilities, starting at 8am in Douglas or South Haven. Rest stops, snacks, lunch and even shopping are offered along the route—with concierge service to transport purchases (such as produce, artwork and other goodies) back to the starting point, for riders to pick up after the event.

The advanced online registration cost is $50 per individual or $70 per family (living at the same address) if done so by September 9 (plus applicable service fees): The fee increases by $5 on September 10, whether registering to participate online or manually at the starting point on September 15.
