Sauerkraut is probably the most wellknown and loved of all fermented foods. The process of fermentation provides probiotics, enzymes, and fresh whole foods. These are easily absorbed by the digestive tract, and build health and immunity. Like any traditionally homemade food, sauerkraut can be made in a number of ways. Join naturopath Desiree Winans as she shares her own personal experience making sauerkraut and other fermented foods! This will be a fun class in which you’ll get to try her home made sauerkraut, and learn to make your own at home!
